Inside Sales Representative

Alucen is currently recruiting for a part-time inside sales representative.

Description

This role will be responsible for the full account management of each opportunity – from sales to fulfillment – and requires excellent communication and time management skills. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Previous educational sales and/or language teaching experience is a plus.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Identify, contact, track, and close business to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement a territory plan to reach assigned sales targets.
• Present and sell educational solutions over the phone.

Qualifications:

• Academic Excellence: strong academic performance and a 4-year degree.
• Sales Experience or Aptitude: enthusiasm for the process of investigating, creating, and fulfilling customers’ needs. Preference given for 2+ years of publishing sales experience where targets were achieved.
• Motivation: the drive to achieve beyond what is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills: word-processing, spreadsheets, email, etc.
• Knowledge of Arabic preferred but not required.
